Develop data quality monitoring, validation rules, and automated alerts for anomalies
Document data flows, transformations, dependencies, and business rules
Integration & Analytics
Extract and integrate data from Salesforce Loyalty Management and Data Cloud into the Databricks lakehouse
Build cross-platform integrations between Salesforce, booking systems, and enterprise data warehouse
Report on key metrics including member lifetime value, earn/redemption rates, acquisition, churn risk, and program ROI
Build revenue accrual tracking, monthly financial reconciliation reports, and executive dashboards
Support audit requirements and financial reporting compliance for loyalty program revenue recognition
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with the World360 Rewards team, brand leadership, and Global Leisure data team
Create technical and business-facing documentation to support system understanding
Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences
Support UAT cycles and guide business users through system changes
