Job Description
Operations Execution: Operations Engineering Manager will be responsible for the daily management of a number of intelligent solutions (RPA/RDA/AI/VPBA/Alteryx) through the associated analysts. They ensure that the team and workflow operate in strict adherence to Standard Operating procedures (‘SOP’s) and Operation Level Agreements (OLA’s) and the underlying technology solution is assessed periodically to ensure all controls are adhered to. They will identify the opportunities to enhance the existing solutions and proactively follow to adopt additional regions to the existing solution. They will also actively participate in new solution development discussions. They will act as the primary point of contact for the team and will guide them on all issues
Technology Support: The controller will investigate and troubleshoot the issues encountered by the underlying solution to ensure no service disruption to the automated processes. According to the severity, the associate will engage the senior developers, platform engineers and liaise with interface application IT and RPA CoE to resolve the issues
Others : The associate will report and escalate the operational issues (both technical & business) as per the reporting protocol established in the functional area.
