Job Summary:
trics. Through observation and analysis of data, would identify key areas where process redesign/improvement can significantly impact efficiency, quality, profitability, competitive position, for AGCO, our Dealers, and our Customers. Work with business stakeholders to provide direction, support and decisions to ensure quality improvement efforts continue to progress in alignment with organizational strategy
What you will do:
• In creation of Customer Support Goals around key operational metric Develops and communicates metrics, event objectives, project status, barriers, and results
• Prepare detailed analysis on targeted KPIs Conduct root cause analysis to determine key metrics, troubleshoot business issues, document process flow, project plans, and create process documentation
• Conduct trending analysis to identify performance gaps, highlight strengths, and provide recommended corrective actions
• Data mine metrics and key indicators to discover root causes for customer dissatisfaction
• Identify and promote opportunities to achieve continuous improvement in operational and process performance
• Seek for benchmarking KPI's with external companies in order to incorporate best practices
• Communicate well with cross department leadership, sponsors and stakeholders
• Highly organised with a high attention to detail
• Continually and proactively communicate updates on project statuses and issues to Continuous Improvement Team, via regular communications and status reports
• Provide a high level of responsiveness to adhoc data, analysis, and presentation needs and “what if” scenario modeling Support creating document process flow, project plans, and process documentation
What you will bring:
• Process improvements Knowledge of databases for accessing data (SAP, Salesforce, etc)
• Advanced knowledge of analytical and reporting tools
• Experience coordinating several groups of different language and culture and translating inputs to a consistent level message
• Experience communicating to and influence a senior audience using data Able to multi-task, prioritize projects and work independently effectively within a team environment
• Certifications - Tableau Certification - Tableau Designing Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce Systems
