This is a hands on role in which you'll utilise your business and technical analysis skills to help stakeholders make better data driven decisions for the benefit of our customers

What you'll do
As a Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high quality business solutions. You’ll capture, validate and document business and data requirements, making sure they are in line with our strategic principles, while working closely with stakeholders to interrogate and interpret large volumes of data to identify, support and challenge business opportunities and identify solutions.
Day-to-day, you’ll also be:
Performing data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing and analysis
Developing and performing standard queries to ensure data quality and identify data inconsistencies and missing data
Developing high level operating and business models, as well as detailed process documentation and associated training materials
Conducting and supporting options analysis identifying the most appropriate solutions
Articulating and quantifying business impacts in a tangible manner
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for someone with good data knowledge and a background in business analysis tools and techniques.
We’ll also look for:
At least two years of relevant experience
An in-depth understanding of the interrelationships of data and multiple data domains
Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities
Good technical skills
