The Hitachi Energy India Operations Center (INOPC) houses over 3,000 energy transition technologists in three locations from grid automation, transformers, high voltage products, grid integration and service businesses. Spread over 3,00,000 sq feet, with nearly 50,000 sq feet of dedicated lab space, the center brings under one roof diverse engineering capability that has been built over the years, fostering collaboration to advance the world’s energy system to be more sustainable, flexible and secure. How you’ll make an impact:
• Together with BU Operations, Quality and SCM leaders define the metrics to be monitored for the year.
• Close collaboration with all the HUB Operations, Quality and SCM Managers to align on the measurement of KPI’s and support them with analytics / information that will help drive improvements.
• Partner with Division level Performance and Analytics team to improve the existing tools and align on the measurement metrics for the business unit.
• Develop timely reports for Monthly HUB reviews and to consistently maintain the data completeness and quality for KPI measurements.
• Drive the monthly HUB review process by planning, and governing the meetings so that the process is effective and actions and outcomes are followed up for driving improved business results.
• Work with the Quality, SCM and Operations teams to support them in improving the data availability as needed and in an efficient way.
• Improve and automate the data collection, analysis and visualization tools.
• Data Collection, Cleansing and Analysis.
• Hands on experience and Excellent understanding of various visual charts and representations
• Hands on expert level knowledge in Analytical and visual tools like power BI, Advance Excel
• Understand key metrics related to Operations, Quality, SCM for manufacturing industry
• Good knowledge of MS office tools

Your background:
• Have degree in Engineering or Statistics with a minimum work experience of 5+ years in Operational, Quality performance analysis for a manufacturing company.
• Self-starter caliber who could own tasks through to completion
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
