Expert-Ease Tutorial Solutions LLP is a Mumbai-based emerging edtech platform revolutionising home tutoring for children in Grades 1–8. We are committed to screen-free, personalised learning experiences delivered at the comfort of students' homes. As we scale, we seek a dynamic, tech-savvy professional to ensure seamless website operations and insightful data handling.
What You Are Expected to Perform:
The ideal candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business, covering a range of topics. They will be responsible for–
1. Website Management
• Monitor and maintain the smooth daily functioning of the website
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs or glitches promptly
• Respond to all website-related queries from users (parents, students, tutors)
2. Data Handling & Reporting
• Ensure accurate and secure data collection from the website
• Analyse usage patterns and identify points of friction or errors
• Submit daily reports highlighting user trends and problem areas
• Recommend tech improvements based on recurring issues
• Develop clear visualisations to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashion
3. Client Communication
• Handle incoming queries via calls, WhatsApp, and SMS (students, teachers, parents) related to the website bugs.
• Provide courteous and helpful guidance to users, especially with the payment gateway.
• Escalate technical or sensitive issues promptly while keeping communication friendly and solution-focused.
4. Collaboration
• Work closely with the core team and participate in a weekly physical sync-up (2–3 hours)
• Maintain alignment with internal operations and marketing efforts
Work Schedule:
• 6 days/week work-from-home
• Fixed office hours
• Mandatory 1 in-person meeting weekly in Mumbai
Who We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's in Computer Applications, Engineering or related field
• Based in Mumbai (must be able to travel weekly for in-person meetings)
• 1–3 years of experience in website operations, data analysis, and client handling
• Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, or any relevant CRM/Analytics platform
• Familiarity with web hosting, basic coding (HTML/CSS/JS or backend management) is a plus
• Strong communication skills – must be tech-savvy yet people-friendly
• Ability to work independently and report proactively
