About Data Science Team
We are a very customer centric team with high ownership. We rely on powerful insightful data to enhance the customer experience. The problems and challenges that the data science team tackles are ranging from automated smart savings, underwriting credit, underwriting insurance, personalized services, AI agents and many more. Solving these problems for our customer will have deep social and economic impact.
Key Responsibilities
Considering startup, instrumental role in setting up DataWarehouse schema and analytical database / tables.
Consumer Insights (Regular data insights, business recommendations).
Credit / Risk Analytics (Credit scoring, delinquency tracking, limit assessment)
Product Analytics (A/B Testing, Funnel conversion, etc.)
Marketing Analytics (Targeted marketing, campaign performance, recommendation and personalisation, Privilege programs, cross-sell, up-sell)
Investment Portfolio Analytics
Other areas - Collections, Dashboarding, CRM, etc.
Setting up Analytical systems and schemas
Required skills
Expertise in statistical programming languages (SQL, R, python, Tableau or other BI tools), and ability to quickly churn data.
Advanced expertise with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Hands on experience on Tableau or equivalent BI tool
Comfortable with driving decisions on database schema at times, including defining data warehouse schema as well.
At-least 5 years of experience in the field of Analytics.
Brownie points
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Should be a quick learner with ability to learn new tools/technology quickly.
Strong understanding of analytics techniques, and comfortable with business KPIs.
Intellectual and analytical curiosity.
Expertise in data analytics and providing data driven insights that help in taking business decisions.
