Mosaic Wellness is building digital-first, health coaches for elective health concerns working toward one mission: To help Indians lead more fulfilling lives surrounded by wellness and grace.
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in driving decision-making through data. The role involves managing reporting frameworks, analysing large datasets, and generating insights that help business teams act faster and smarter.
The right candidate will be comfortable with Excel and Google Sheets at an advanced level, have experience with SQL and preferably Python, and be eager to partner with different teams to solve real business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track business performance.
Automate recurring MIS tasks and ensure data accuracy across systems.
Write SQL queries and use Python (preferred) to analyse and interpret data.
Work with product, operations, analytics, and CX teams to translate business requirements into data solutions.
Identify trends and patterns and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis and data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications & Expectations
2 to 4 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a startup environment, and prior work experience in operations/customers experience/logistics
Strong skills in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivots, automation).
Hands-on experience with SQL; Python/R knowledge is a plus.
Exposure to visualization tools such as Tableau, Data Studio, or Power BI is an advantage.
Ability to go beyond reporting and contribute insights that drive decisions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Self-starter with a high sense of ownership and comfort working in a fast-paced setup.
