We are looking for a Data Analyst, PowerBI developer to join the Lab team and work closely with the different squads (analytics, product&design) of our various brands. The ideal candidate demonstrates curiosity and proactivity using their expertise to contribute to the Lab’s objectives by developing dashboards monitoring our digital product performance. They will aim to integrate new data sources, set up automation processes and create new reports to allow an omnichannel (360) view of the Digital Lab's products.

What you'll do here:

Act as a specialist in dashboard development and data pipelines, using tools such as Power BI (desktop and cloud), Power Query, Power Automate, SQL and advanced Excel.

Develop, produce and visualize data from multiple sources in the organization to provide a good overview of the Lab’s products performance.

Bring improvements and optimizations to dashboards on a regular basis considering the needs of internal customers.

Dig, format and validate new data sources that could benefit internal customers.

Ensure the quality of the data implementation.

Work hand in hand with analytics, products and UX teams, to ensure that the data and reports provided correspond to their needs.

Collaborate with different internal teams to ensure a common source of truth regarding the data showcased in the dashboards.

Respond to ad hoc data requests.

What you bring to the table:

Passionate about digital, data and dashboarding

Advanced PowerBI skills and hands-on experience, incl. using DAX and Power Query

Intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge

Ability to manage large volumes of data, clean, integrate them into a dashboard and create appropriate visualization

Experience working with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, etc.) – an asset

Experience working in Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse platforms - an asset

Experience in process automation

Extremely strategic and creative in the integration and use of data

Analytical mind, autonomous, organized and solution-oriented

Ability to present innovative solutions for data integration and process optimization

Aptitude/interest in omnichannel data analysis

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across different levels of the organization.

No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
