Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have a passion for data, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, procedures, and scripts to support data analysis and reporting requirements.
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and engineering.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
Strong expertise in SQL – ability to write and optimize complex queries.
Excellent proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc. is a plus).
Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
Must be able to join immediately or within 30 days.
