Job Description
As a senior or lead data analyst on the Funnel Lifecycle team, you'll drive quote funnel growth. In this role, you'll use digital and non-digital data, statistical modelling, and data visualization to uncover insights and deliver solutions that optimize the quote funnel. You'll analyze large, complex datasets, develop advanced scripts, models, and workflows, using statistical programming languages to uncover trends and opportunities. Collaborating closely with management and partners, you'll advise business decisions and strategies with insights, while applying statistical methodologies to support predictive analytics, optimization, and process enhancements. Additionally, you'll design and deliver tailored data visualizations and dashboards to present findings and track performance indicators.

Must-have qualifications
A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.
Preferred skills
Advanced programming skills in SAS, R, Python, or similar statistical software to query and analyze complex data structures for actionable insights, with hands-on experience handling intricate datasets.
Knowledge of data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong statistical knowledge with the ability to implement predictive models, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and other methodologies.
Demonstrable ability to work with business leaders to drive actionable insights from data analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt complex technical findings for non-technical audiences.
Compensation
$81,400-$131,200/year depending on position level and experience
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
