Job Description
Responsibilities of MIS Executives:
Designing, monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting Operation Systems.
Interpreting briefs and developing Operation systems that meet all specifications and cost requirements.
Excellent in Reporting and Templates Making.
Supervising the development and maintenance of websites and ensuring the protection of users' data.
Excellent Data Management/MIS Skills.
Excellent MS Excel Skills (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot table, logical formulas, etc.)
Making Data of working process sheet of excel.
MIS Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly records & data management.
MIS Dashboard preparation.
Maintenance & sharing of Daily /Weekly/Monthly report and as company required.
Maintain and update records with accuracy.
Create powerful queries to extract large database information from Excel to Access.
Requirements of MIS Executives:
Bachelor’s degree/Graduate (Computer Science, IT) in any equivalent field.
Minimum 1+ years of experience as an MIS Executive in data analyses and reporting.
Practical experience with a variety of software applications.
Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn very quickly and identify improvement opportunities - high energy and self-starting individual.
Computer proficiency required Mail merge, V. lookup, H. lookup, Hyperlink, Pivot Table, Excel Formulas etc.
Ability to train staff junior staff regarding Excel.
Good Knowledge of Advance Excel with good typing speed Benefits:
