Overview of the Role
The role will be within the global Banking sector team at Sheffield Haworth (SH) which works with leading professional services clients on executive search assignments and talent pipeline builds. SH Consultants are retained by clients to find the highest caliber candidates to fill these vacancies and provide valuable market insight.

Corporate & Investment Banking | IBD Coverage | Corporate & Transaction Banking | Global Capital Markets | Structured Finance
The Global Banking practice partners with Investment Banks, Commercial Banks, Advisory Boutiques, Exchanges and Brokerage Houses.
Data Analysts at Sheffield Haworth support Consultants and Associates to deliver excellent client outcomes through the provision of high-quality data. They will be responsible for ensuring best practice with regard to database administration, data management, data governance and data maintenance.
• In terms of time zones, the team are based in United Kingdom and United States – your work hours will reflect these time zones
Key Components to the Role
• Work with Consultants and Associates to enter candidate and company related information into the Invenias database. This could take the form of cross checking/updating information currently in the database or adding new entries.
• Work with the Head of Knowledge Management and Research (and relevant team) to ensure all projects/initiatives are aligned with goals of the firm relating to database management.
• Work with the Banking team directly to ensure that all team initiatives are consistent, coordinated, and in line with team goals; communicate frequently with the Banking team members.
• Ensuring that assignment data is of the highest accuracy and quality to be accessible externally by clients through our online portal.
• Addition of data from previously completed research reports to the company database.
• Create Candidate Profiles, CVs, and summaries.
• Ensure all information gathered is entered into the database and that all new and updated entries follow the company minimum requirements, are correctly skill coded, and that contact logs reflect contact made.
• Ensure that all data is saved efficiently, accessibly and is GDPR compliant.
Data maintenance tasks might include:
Maintenance of Candidate records
• Merging duplicates
• Completing profiles of all candidates listed on an assignment, including position and education history
• Confirm/verify candidate profiles using available outside online sources (ie LinkedIn or eFinancial)
Closing out assignments
• Ensuring that assignments listed as “active” are up-to-date
• Ensuring that journal records on all assignments are populated, and all actions (including schedule of interviews) saved to reflect life cycle of search

• Ability to archive and assimilate information quickly
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to adapt to different IT systems and databases quickly.
