Introduction:
As a Digital MI and Reporting Manager, deploy technical solutions to ensure accurate, consistent data modeling, reporting, and analytics for the Digital Analytics team. You will play a key role as part of the growth and expansion of the Digital MI and Reporting and will engage with internal and external stakeholders.
We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics Lead to join the In Business engineering team. As a member of the team, you will continue to build, and extend, innovative banking solutions and capabilities.
To be successful in this role, you must be a code author and craftsman, this engineer will be responsible for code delivery in a timely and accurate fashion, and the overall review and guidance of sprint and epic goals. This developer is expected to produce a high volume of quality code along with his/her team. The team works on specific use cases and contributes to sprint planning, and releases
What will you be doing?
• Supporting the Digital team in determining the best MI and Reporting strategies to enhance current capabilities.
• keeping abreast of changes in digital analytics, Visualisation, and Reporting.
• Formulating strategic and long-term initiatives to help improve the team's process
• Developing relationships with appropriate stakeholders, e.g. data engineers, visualization developers, journey owners, analysts
• Planning effectively small to large MI & reporting projects effectively to help the successful delivery of objectives for the Digital Analytics team
• Produce timely weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting on various KPIs.
• Planning annual and regular intervals of auditing across the analytics assets, MI, Documentation, Tools, Processes, and Output Delivery.
