Key Skill Set:
Data Engineering & Platform: Snowflake (DW modeling, semantic layer), dbt Core/Cloud, Azure Blob Storage, Python, Rclone; BI & Visualization: Power BI (governance, CI/CD), MicroStrategy (legacy support); Data Science & MLOps: Azure ML, Python (migration from R/R‑Shiny); Data Governance: Privacy (PII & retention), Metadata/Business Glossary, Data Quality, MDM (domain standards), Integration governance; Automation: Blue Prism, Power Automate; Service Management: ITSM Incident/Problem/Change, on‑call coverage & SLAs; Stakeholder/Vendor Liaison.
Must Have:
Proven leadership across Data Engineering, BI/Visualization, Data Science, Data Analytics, Customer Insights, Data Governance, and Automation; hands‑on expertise in Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Azure Blob, Fivetran, Bitbucket, Python; strong command of Power BI governance/CI‑CD and MicroStrategy legacy support; Azure ML & MLOps orchestration; operationalizing Privacy, Metadata, Data Quality, MDM governance; Blue Prism/Power Automate BOTs; mastery of ITSM processes and tower SLAs/KPIs; excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination.
Good- to Have:
Familiarity with Kafka (integration platform dependency), Microsoft Fabric (F64 capacity), Qualtrics usage for insights, and JSM/Jira practices; performance testing across data pipelines & reporting; Project Octopus/ORA dependency management.
