Data Analytics Manager (Operational/Business Excellence) - BPO/BPM - 10+ Years - Gurgaon
Hiring for Data & Analytical Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in business excellence, advanced analytics & business insights vision and strategy. An incumbent with technical expertise in Data Analytics, SQL, and Machine Learning will be the right fit.
Location - Gurgaon - Hybird

Roles & Responsibilities -
Setting advanced analytics and business insights vision and strategy and drive this in the organization together with the leadership team.
Applying data mining, NLP, and machine learning to understand correlations and hence improve the performance of the business operations
Collaborating and communicating with management, internal, and external partners regarding analysis results, methodologies, project progress, and issue resolution
Leading and inspiring all data science initiatives throughout the organization.
Performing hands-on data analysis and modeling with huge data sets, turn them into actionable insights and provide recommendations on optimization and improvement.
Requirements-
Minimum of 10 years of related Data Science, Analytics, and Reporting experience
Lean Six Sigma, Black Belt, and/or Kaizen certification, with a working experience in Change Management, Business Process Optimization
Expertise in modern advanced analytical tools and programming languages such as Python, SQL, and/or R, is an advantage
Practical experience in Data Analytics position with a major focus on predictive modeling and application of Machine Learning or Statistical Modeling.
Proven ability to develop and implement data solutions and deliver business intelligence & insights to support the narrative in focus. (Big Data, Analytical tools, and Statistics, ML/AI, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint)
