Data / Market Analyst
Main Accountabilities:
As an Marketing Specialist, you will be accountable for preparing Marketing materials, builds analyses regarding channels, segments, geographic areas, top accounts etc., provides ad-hoc analysis on business and market on as needed basis, preparing MIS Report on market trends and updated to HBU Manager, update / maintaining e- You will be responsibly to cover several countries. Provide Route cause analysis for down trend / issues and work to close CCRP from customers. working with your colleagues and internal / external Stake holders and to understand the importance of investing in long-term customer relations.
Marketing Material Preparation
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design understanding are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally
• Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media
• development of print and online advertising,
• Email marketing, web site management,
• Content writing and development for press releases, articles and white papers, • Development of corporate videos and marketing collateral
• Social media and offline media briefings, interview.
Market Business reviews:
Supports the creation of templates and meeting packs for the performance reviews ensuring distribution in required timescales ahead of the meeting, reviews and builds analysis for the different Go to market areas in line with the standard templates.
Performance management processes:
Liaise with Performance management team in M&S Operations, in processes such as PIE Heat maps, Market validation, Budget process, Scorecards relevant to the Go to Market areas Monitors progress of the training deployment
Business analysis:
Extracts and analyzes data from sales/financial tools and other relevant sources to measure progress of specific activities or initiatives for the Go to Market areas. Builds analyses regarding channels, segments, geographic areas, top accounts, etc. Provide ad-hoc analysis on business and market on as needed basis. Provide Route cause analysis for down trend / issues and work to close CCRP from customers
Reports and dashboards:
Develops and maintain reports and dashboards (including but not limited Salesforce.com reports and Dashboards) for the Go to Market areas. Supports in training the stakeholders about the usage of the reports and dashboards. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of data quality and completeness. Supports on data cleansing to enhance the quality of the Go To Market areas
Document management / Process:
Helps maintaining an up-to-date online documents library that includes general information for the different Go to Market areas, as well as key actions and decisions from the meetings.
Requirements
• Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
• 5-10 or more years’ experience as Marketing specialist / business analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent, master’s degree preferred
• Accuracy in reporting
• Experience in extracting and analyzing data. Affinity to figures and IT-solutions.
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office (Excel / Power Point / SharePoint), marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.), ABB tools such as Salesforce.com, Apttus, and Abacus are of advantage.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills.
