Job responsibilities
Manage resources with regular communications, support, feedback, and performance guidance.
Ensure accuracy of work and avoid customer impacts by maintaining a control-oriented work environment and promote a culture of collaboration across work site
Able to manage shifting priorities and motivate and manage teams against aggressive deadlines.
Manage capacity planning, execution and reporting across multiple projects/initiatives in alignment with Business needs
Review SAS and Unix code and modifications for ongoing marketing campaigns to verify accuracy and efficacy of changes & Recommend ongoing process improvements to the audience targeting execution t
Independently manage functional initiatives requests and special projects as assigned.
Partner with Global Functional Leaders to manage individual needs of the analyst
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
7+ years’ experience in developing/reviewing Base SAS codes for manipulating large amounts of data and creating reports, as well as traditional SAS data step programming & SQL database querying (Oracle/Teradata). Must have Unix KSH script experience
5+ years of experience in team management in all aspects such as performance management, capacity management, recruiting efforts and working with global partners
Prior experience working in the Quality Assurance Domain & exposure or prior knowledge of reporting and automation tools like Tableau and Alteryx
Demonstrated experience with project management, process improvement, and/or risk control.
Strong technical documentation skills & analytical skills demonstrated by previous work experience
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices, laws, and regulations in US banking /finance domain
Proficiency with Microsoft office is required, and advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is desired.
