Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Data Analytics - Sr Tech Recruiter. The Sr Tech Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and technical recruiting. The role will also involve communication and collaboration with various stakeholders to identify and attract top talent in the tech industry.
Key Qualifications
• Specific Experience in hiring for Data Analytics function.
• Detailed understanding of tech stack for data analytics roles including Cloud, database languages, programming languages, big data technologies like Spark, Databricks.
• Ability to do not just HR but basic tech screening of roles and responsibilities of candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to connect, guide the candidates through the entire talent acquisition journey.
• Strong connections in tech industry to source the candidates effectively through various sourcing channels and techniques.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Strong knowledge of the tech industry and its talent landscape
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Ability to manage a small team and guide mid level recruiters on technical screening.
• Bachelor's degree. Preferably in BE, Btech, BSC or HR or related field
