As the Product Manager professional in our International Private Bank Advisor support team you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm

Job responsibilities
• Defines strategy, operating model, and roadmap to achieve vision and business goals. Owns and understands the IPB Implementation Platform Modernization roadmap to meet business and operational goals and provide a leading customer, advisor and operational experience. Partners with developers and operations to deliver strategic and efficient processes. Works with the IPB Implementation Product Lead to prioritize and define each deliverable within the broader IPB Implementation book of work.
• Leads the Platform Modernization product development lifecycle by defining requirements (in partnership with other teams), ensuring sprint inputs (e.g. design and requirements) and outputs (e.g. tested code) are as envisioned, and providing direction and smart trade off decisions for the scrum team. Collaborates with other product and requirement owners and designers to deliver end-to-end product and experience. Partner with Technology and Operations to triage issues end to end until full resolution is achieved. Communicate issue resolution to appropriate parties and escalate issue as necessary to ensure proper response.
• Establish approach to pilot/rollout new capabilities, including objective/scope, communication, training/support, and feedback/metrics.
• Develop and maintain deep relationships with delivery partners including senior leaders, Digital, Technology, Design, Operations and control functions across the International Region
• Understand client and advisor needs. Invests in a deep understanding of the business opportunity, advisor & client needs and collaborative landscape to ensure a successful front-to-back solution is delivered

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• 8-10 years in a Product Management/Development, Technical, Strategy or Business Analyst role, experience in financial services, preferably with experience in wealth management, asset management, digital banking, or a closely related business leading strategic or transformational change.
• Experience working in Asset & Wealth Management with knowledge of investment products and workflows. Extensive experience managing product delivery across multiple work streams with varying timelines, priorities and complexities , ultimately launching new / enhanced product to market
• Ability to prioritize projects, say no when required, and ensure our organization is on track to execute and deliver strategic change that meets our goals.
• Experience in KPI frameworks such as OKRs or HEART to communicate measures of success and proven ability to execute via successful internal partnerships with other organizations.
• Excellent leadership skills of product, programs, projects, and teams. Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to crisply articulate complex technical concepts to senior audiences with poise and confidence. Must be highly disciplined, a self-starter, and have the ability to execute on assignments independently and autonomously, ability to remain calm under intense pressure.
• Strong understanding of different technological development methodologies (e.g., Agile) and design techniques with ability to successfully lead regardless of approach.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present logically, precisely and in a simple manner, complex and technical issues. Ability to parse complex tasks and juggle priorities in a highly dynamic professional environment and keen interest in financial markets.

• Educational degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Economics is preferred.
• Operations knowledge and experience to complement our existing perspectives.
• Influence peers with diverse points of view and build consensus.
