Job Description
Design, optimize, and govern secure, scalable, and compliant data architectures to support federal government data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop enterprise data models and governance frameworks.
Ensure compliance with federal government data security regulations.
Design data integration and analytics solutions aligned with business objectives.
Optimize metadata management, lineage tracking, and structured/unstructured data flows.
Work with stakeholders to ensure data privacy, security, and accessibility.
Targeted Deliverables:
Enterprise Data Models establishing data frameworks for strategic decision-making.
Data Flow Diagrams & Integration Architecture mapping data movement across systems.
Data Governance Frameworks ensuring compliance with PSPF, ISM, and data privacy laws.
Metadata and Data Lineage Reports tracking data sources, transformations, and usage.
Key Skills & Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience in data architecture, governance, and analytics.
Expertise in cloud-based and on-premises data platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake, etc.).
Strong knowledge of DAMA, TOGAF, and secure data management for government agencies.
Experience with federal government ICT projects, data security, and compliance frameworks.
Must have or be eligible for Baseline Security Clearance.
Must be willing to undergo a National Police Check.
