Data Architect

Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable and efficient data architecture strategies to support analytics and data management initiatives
Develop data models and maintain metadata to ensure consistent and accessible data across the organization
Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand data requirements and facilitate data integration efforts
Evaluate and recommend data storage technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance data processing capabilities
Ensure data governance and data quality by establishing best practices and standards for data management
Support data-related projects and initiatives by providing architectural guidance and expertise
Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data architecture and management
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
Proven experience as a Data Architect or in a similar role, focusing on data architecture and management
Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), data modeling, and ETL processes
Familiarity with data warehousing solutions and big data technologies
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for data storage and processing
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
