About the role:
Reporting directly to the National Data and Customer Insight Specialist, this is a diverse role. You'll gather, verify, and process data to produce accurate reports that support informed decision making, enhance productivity, and maintain reliable data systems for internal clients.
This is a Permanent full-time position – Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:00pm, located in Penrose.
What you will need to do:
Manage and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
Collect, process, and centralise data from various sources using R/Python.
Create and update reports and dashboards using Excel, BI tools, and SQL.
Provide data and software support to colleagues and assist in troubleshooting.
Collaborate with management on data priorities and business needs.
Ensure data quality through regular audits and data cleansing.
Support the Data Entry team on projects and maintain compliance with policies.
