Job Description
Assembling the servers,
● installed OS Linux AIX and windows.
● Create RAID and Windows Clustering .
● Monitoring the alerts of devices and escalating to concern team.
● On Daily /weekly basis performing media onsite/offsite.
● Monitoring of Servers CPU Utilization, Memory Utilization, Disk Space and Daily Data Backup.
● 24X7 support.
● Mounting & configuration of Servers,Tape Library,KVM Switch,SAN & LAN Switch.
● Backup tools installation and maintenance.
● Daily Data Backup from Server to the Tape Drive
● Replace server, storage hardware. Give support to down time activities.
● Installation of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
● Insert & Remove LTO from Tape Library. Change LTO drive.
● Co- Ordinate with other engineers and help them to resolve server as well as net-
work issues, provide them console if needed.
● Backup of Servers thought back tools
● Troubleshooting on Network issues & provides Remote support.
● Making Inventory of Servers, Asset Tagging.
