Job Description
We are a premier downtown law firm with over 40 years of proven success, combining exceptional client service and a strong, collaborative team environment. We’re currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Clerk / Receptionist.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Perform accurate data entry
Manage filing systems (electronic and paper)
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Coordinate and book staff luncheons, meetings, and catering as required
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with organizing and moving office supplies and files, including lifting of boxes (up to 10 lbs)
Support general office maintenance, including keeping common areas organized and stocked with supplies
Assist the Accounting Manager with occasional bank runs and related errands as required
Provide general administrative support to the team
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or data entry role preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Ability to perform light physical tasks, including lifting and moving boxes as needed
