Position Title: Data Delivery Executive / Operations Executive Location: Hyderabad, Telangana. Hire Type Full Time Start Date: Immediate Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage Operations Team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure the team's success. Conduct analysis of operational processes within the data analytics, identify areas of improvement, and make recommendations for process enhancements. Gather and analyze data related to operations, including productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics. Develop and maintain reports to monitor and measure. performance against established benchmarks. Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure the successful execution of initiatives. Provide training and support to employees to ensure proper use of new processes and systems. Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for process improvement in data analytics and consulting services. Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement new tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management in the data analytics and consulting services department. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in operations analysis or process improvement, preferably in a data analytics or consulting services environment. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools and techniques. Knowledge of operations management principles and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management. Experience in project management and change management is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar software. Proficiency in MySQL/Oracle is a plus. Experience in data analysis is a must
