Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, building strong, long-term relationships based on trust and value.
• Understand client business objectives and challenges, translating them into actionable data & AI consulting engagements.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions clearly and concisely to clients through written reports, presentations, and verbal discussions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services within existing client engagements.
• Gather client feedback and proactively address any concerns to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, data engineers, and data analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Assign project tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of team members' skills and expertise.
• Provide regular feedback, coaching, and guidance to team members to support their professional growth and development.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field) from a reputable institution.
• MBA or master's degree in business administration from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role within the Data & AI consulting or technology services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex consulting projects.
• Excellent understanding of data management principles, AI/ML concepts, and emerging technologies.
• Exceptional business acumen with the ability to understand client business drivers and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
