DAIT (Data Analytics and Insights Technology) leads the development of the next generation of data analytics technology solutions for the company's consumer and wealth management client-facing channels.
Job Description*
S/he should be able to quickly understand the current architecture and provide development and maintenance support. The resource should have strong SQL experience in coding/database. The coding skills would help with risk assessment, application research and documentation in Fraud Reporting & Control Information Systems
Responsibilities*
• Should have strong knowledge in TSQL/SQL using Microsoft SQL Server
• Development and maintenance of applications using SQL Server & MSBI (SSIS & SSRS)
• Analyze the requirements, Develop, Test & Deliver solutions Diagnose & troubleshoot application issues
• Small to medium development tasks with medium-high complexity of SQL objects like stored procedures, UDF, Index, partitions etc.
• Develop complex technical objects in accordance with the technical development standards and best practices Troubleshoot, prioritize, resolve, and escalate production ETL issues
• Understand stakeholder's expectations and objectives
• Understand Agile methodologies and work independently in sprints
• Participate in Agile calls and provide daily status & suggestions
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis & troubleshoot multiple and complex issues

Requirements*
• Education* - BE or MCA or as per company standards
• Certifications If Any - Not mandatory.
• Experience Range*- 4-6 years
• Mandatory skills* -
• Strong & extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2012 & above and MSBI - Microsoft Business Intelligence (including SSIS, SSAS & SSIS)
• Responsible for developing Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions to perform data transactions on SQL Server 2012 or above databases
• Development of enterprise reports by pulling data from various sources and presenting in SSRS or Tableau
• Worked intensively on Performance Tuning and Query Optimization
• Migrated from SQL Server versions in Windows environment
• Good experience in design and development
• Excellent Troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired skills*
• Experience on Hadoop development using tools like Hive, Sqoop, Spark etc.
• Any experience in Hadoop, Bigdata tools will be an advantage
• Have knowledge on DBA activities
• Hands-on in No SQL database would be an added advantage

Work Timings*
• 11 AM - 8 PM IST Ready to work on production support (if required)
• Ready to work on weekends (if required)
