We strive to provide technical solutions to business challenges that provide our clients with cost-effective, end-to-end business intelligence platform and development solutions across the firm..Tableau consultant, must have strong experience in Tableau server on-premises and cloud based deployments. The individual should have knowledge on installation configuration of Tableau server, configure authentication and should be able to monitor, maintain the servers. This individual will perform as a contributing member of EBIT Tableau support teams. This person must have strong professional consulting skills and the ability to communicate well with the stakeholders. Must have Tableau V 10.x and above experience. Good understanding of Tableau Architecture like Web Data connectors, Rest API calls, troubleshooting logs and provide custom solutions.Responsibilities.. Perform installation, migration and upgrade of Tableau Servers and Desktops under High Availability scenario. Perform performance analysis of existing Tableau Servers and make Best Practice recommendations. Perform daily operational activities, to include: manage sites and projects, configure and permissions, deploy objects to target environments, provide periodic reports on Tableau Server usage, develop custom administrative views on Tableau Server usage and activities. Create Tableau related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Build comprehensive dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop. Perform development activities from gathering requirements and designing solutions, through developing code / reports, to testing and release / deployment. Research and identify needs, goals, and business models by collaborating with the end users, stakeholders and support partners. Perform administrative and support activities across a multi-environment Tableau infrastructure including security administration, release management, troubleshooting and general systems maintenance.
