We are seeking a highly motivated professional to design, develop, and maintain advanced reporting and analytics solutions. This role requires strong collaboration with business stakeholders and technical expertise to deliver impactful insights and innovative solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
• Develop a deep understanding of business processes and collaborate with Business SMEs to design and implement effective reporting solutions
• Leverage extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Flows) to build scalable and efficient solutions
• Write, optimize, and interpret advanced SQL queries on SQL Server; integrate with SSIS for data transformation and automation
• Design and deliver creative, forward-thinking analytics solutions to measure business performance, identify drivers, risks, and opportunities, and recommend actionable strategies
• Influence senior leadership by presenting data-driven insights and advocating for innovative approaches
• Develop software solutions by analyzing information needs, studying system flows, and collaborating with users to address problem areas, following the full software development lifecycle
• Analyze, develop, and implement enhancements to existing applications and reporting systems
• Perform all phases of the development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Provide ongoing support for existing reporting solutions, including troubleshooting and implementing fixes for complex issues
• Gather, document, and validate user requirements and technical specifications in compliance with established standards
• Adhere to coding standards, best practices, and documentation guidelines while utilizing appropriate programming methodologies and languages
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications
• Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in data analytics and reporting
• Technical Skills:
• Experience with SSIS for ETL processes
• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Flows)
• Solid SQL skills with experience in writing optimized queries and working with SQL Server
• Soft Skills: Proven excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Shift Timing: 11:00 AM - 8:30 PM IST
