Job Summary / Job Purpose
To support Relationship Management team in the following activities,
• Preparation and submission of disbursement kit to cbo
• Completion of documentation formalities in coordination with the vendors for mortgages
• Assisting RM in completing Legal & Valuation reports
• Follow up on vendor payments, MIS
• Data entry on leaps
• Highlighting any early warning signs home loan application forms
Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities / Tasks
• Preparation and submission of disbursement kit to cbo
• Completion of documentation formalities in coordination with the vendors for mortgages
• Assisting RM in completing Legal & Valuation reports
• Follow up on vendor payments, MIS
• Initiation of CPV, FCU, EWSS and world check
• Analysis of technical, legal and valuation reports
• liaising with external vendors for amendments of reports and follow for original documents
• Highlighting discrepancies on home loan application forms
• Vendor management
• Tally of franked documents
• Banking and eligibility
• IWF usage, from upload to final disbursement
• Follow up with client’s for PDD
• Follow up with client’s on service request
• Meetings of client’s for documentation
