Job description

DUTIES:

• Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically.

• Retrieving and downloading information from physical files, as well as service provider’s portals.

• Creates spreadsheets and transfers data from hard copy to digital database.

• Ability to research, investigate and understand information/documents contained in portals.

• Assists with other related tasks.

• Maintains accurate daily data entry.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset

Good organizational skills, with ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.

Experience with Microsoft apps, including Excel and Word.

Strong attention to detail.

Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk

Experience using office equipment, life fax machine, scanner, copier, computer
