Duties
Enter, update, and maintain data within the company databases with high accuracy
Manage and organize electronic and paper filing systems to ensure quick retrieval of information
Collect, verify, and process data from various customers to ensure completeness and correctness
Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and record keeping
Perform routine clerical tasks such as filing and data collection
Assist in generating reports by compiling data from multiple sources
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times
Support the administrative team with various office tasks as needed
Skills
Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data manipulation
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Fast and accurate typing skills with a high level of attention to detail
Good computer skills across various software applications
Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently while maintaining accuracy
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within teams
Strong math skills is required

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
