JOB TITLE Data Entry Administrator
SHIFTS Monday to Friday +:00 – 17:30 (30 minute unpaid break)
SALARY £26,000 p/a
BASE Luton

With a base in 5 European countries and a growing presence in mainland Europe we are looking for Data Entry Administrator to play a major role in our Global Solutions team.
With our dedicated airside fleet and driving team, GBA Logistics offers a uniquely transparent one-stop-shop in aviation logistics. We provide customer-tailored services including domestic and international scheduled transport; freight management; UK & European aircraft-on-ground (AOG) dedicated transport; and inventory management. By delivering the ‘last mile’ directly into the hands of the airlines’ line engineers, our team is positioned as the most viable company to offer a global end-to-end solution to support the airline industry in Europe.

Key Responsibilities
Monitoring shared email inbox
Utilising operations system to raise references for invoicing
Processing customs formalities including processing export and import declarations, arranging customs clearance, and duty deferment processing.
General administration
Ensuring Job accounting is accurate at all times including the accruing of all costs and Invoicing of jobs at soonest opportunity post operational completion
Assisting colleagues in maintaining effectiveness of Customs data entry
You
The ability to prioritise and organise own workload to tight deadlines.
Excellent customer service skills.
5 Year checkable employment history & Right to work in UK (no gaps in employment above 28 consecutive days)
