In Mumbai, we develop “legal tech” and “regulatory tech” solutions in the form of a modular online platform called “Zeidler Swift” to help the international asset management industry with their global legal and compliance challenges. We use modern technologies like NLP-based chatbots, distributed technologies (IPFS) and others. We were shortlisted as LEGAL TECHNOLOGY TEAM OF THE YEAR in Legal Business Awards 201+, London, UK. Our client base consists of world-leading, international asset management companies.
About the Role
We are looking for Data Entry Administrator for our Regulatory Services Division (RSD).
The role will involve working with different types of electronic data and entering or updating them into a company database.
Experience: 2-3 years
Responsibilities:
• Accurately input data from various sources into the company database.
• Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Update and maintain data records regularly.
• Organize the file documents as needed.
• Generate reports and summaries based on the entered data.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure data consistency and resolve any discrepancies.
About You
Required skills:
• Proficient typing skills with good speed
• Deliver deadlines in fast paced environment
• Strong oral and perfect written English communication skills
• Meticulous and accurate
• Good hands-on experience on MS-Excel
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Ready to work in Dublin hours (India afternoon time)
Desired skills:
• Experience with data entry software, Word processing tools would be an advantage
• Self-motivated
• Conscientious individual who can work on individual projects as well as working part of team
