Roles And Responsibilities
• Audit and verify ticket bookings issued on GDS/Airline Supplier and ensure accurate reporting in CRM and Accounting System.
• Match and update purchase orders in the system with necessary approvals.
• Create and upload invoices to the system.
• Maintain flexibility in shift timings as required.
• Adhere to TAT (Turnaround Time) and SLA (Service-Level Agreement) for all tasks.
• Demonstrate keen attention to detail and accuracy in all transactions.
• Validate information as per process requirements.
• Ensure proper attachment of all documents for each ticket.
