Data Entry and Stock Management - Diamond Industry
· Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels of diamond jewellery and other products
· Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to maintain accuracy and prevent stock shortages or overages.
· Analyze sales data and inventory reports to identify trends, slow-moving items, and opportunities for promotion or clearance.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards for diamond retailing.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business through personalized service and follow-up.
· Manage & handle delivery of diamonds as per the requirements.
· Carry out Assorting work as per availability of diamonds
· Sort and grade diamonds based on color, clarity, cut, and carat weight.
· Utilize gemological tools and equipment to assess the quality of diamonds
Job Specification
· Knowledge of diamond jewellery products, gemology, and industry trends preferred.
· Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office suite.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and vendors.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
