Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Validation Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, with a focus on data entry, validation, and maintenance across various platforms including Excel, Google Sheets, and social media channels like YouTube.

Responsibilities:

Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

Validate and verify data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.

Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other data sources.

Utilize Excel and Google Sheets to organize, analyze, and report on data as needed.

Monitor and manage data quality to identify and address errors or inconsistencies.

Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Develop and maintain documentation related to data entry and validation processes.

Assist with basic social media tasks such as managing YouTube channels, uploading videos, and responding to comments (training provided if necessary).

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in data entry and validation processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms, particularly YouTube.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in data entry, administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
