We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining information in our databases and systems. The ideal candidate has strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Accurately enter and update data in various databases and systems
Key Responsibilities:
Verify and correct data where necessary
Maintain data integrity and ensure consistent formatting
Prepare and sort documents for data entry
Respond to requests for information and access relevant files
Comply with data integrity and security policies
Assist with generating reports and performing quality checks
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data processing
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data entry software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM systems, ERP software, or database tools
Basic knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., scanners, printers)
