Job Summary
We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Processing Associate to join our team. As a Data Processing Associate, you will gather, process, and maintain accurate data, generate reports, and perform administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, collate, and prepare documents for data entry- Conduct research to resolve discrepancies- Create digital documents from paper or dictation- Review documents for accuracy and report errors- Capture data into digital databases and perform backups- Generate and export data reports, spreadsheets, and documents
Requirements- 2+ years of experience- Any degree with computer knowledge- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail- Ability to stay focused on assigned tasks- Good computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Desirable Skills- Internet navigation and keyboard typing skills- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work independently and think creatively- Excellent typing abilities, time management, and multitasking abilities
