Position Title: Data Entry Associate (Contractual)

Work Schedule: Day Shift 8-Hour Shift Monday to Friday

Qualifications:
• Fast typing Skills
• Must have a good communication skills
• Must have at least 6 months of experience in BPO
• Excellent knowledge of (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
• Keen to details
• Good communication and Interpersonal Skills
Responsibilities:
· Encode data provided by clients
· Contact different entities
· Order Integration
· Checking of the client packages and years of coverage
· Transferring and saving of data files
· Case Stage Monitoring and Client Chasing
