Job Overview

We are hiring for a Junior Data Entry role located in West Delhi. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. Qualifications and Skills
• Microsoft Excel proficiency to manage, analyze and report data effectively while ensuring accuracy and reliability. (Mandatory skill)
• Exceptional typing speed for swift and efficient data entry procedures, enabling timely completion of tasks. (Mandatory skill)
• Order punching expertise to accurately input and process orders, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. (Mandatory skill)
• Proven experience with Google Sheets to facilitate collaboration and data sharing within teams.
• Attention to detail to ensure high accuracy in data entry tasks, reducing errors and ensuring data integrity.
• Basic data analysis skills to interpret and manage data subsets, contributing to informed decision-making.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently, delivering results within deadlines.
• Fluency with keyboard shortcuts to enhance productivity and streamline repetitive data entry operations.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Accurately input data into the company's database, ensuring all information is correct and up to date.
• Process and manage order punching tasks with precision to support smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to verify data accuracy and address compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data tracking, creating spreadsheets, and generating reports for analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data in line with company policies and data protection regulations.
• Assist in basic data analysis tasks to support business insights and operational improvements.
• Prioritize workload to ensure timely completion of tasks, meeting project deadlines and workplace demands.
