Led by CA Mr. Rajeev Kabra, our company is dedicated to providing top-notch products and services to our customers in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
🔹 Job Locations: Topsia , Kolkata📍
🔹 Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 💰
🔹 Minimum Qualification: Graduate 🎓
🔹 Skills Required: Excellent command on English , MS Excel, fast typing (preferably worked on any software like CRM/ERP)🗣️
Responsibilities:
• Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Understanding and processing the data for making the quotation
• Updating price list as per requirement
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies.
• Follow guidelines for formatting and categorising information.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
• Generation of MIS Reports
Requirements:
• Good computer skills and familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to type efficiently with minimal errors.
• Strong written English skills are desired.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
