Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to handle data entry tasks and outbound/inbound client calls. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with excellent communication skills and a knack for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data accurately into internal systems

Make and receive calls to follow up with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Maintain clear and professional communication logs

Assist in basic administrative tasks as needed

Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with attention to detail

Requirements:

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).

Good verbal and written communication in Bhojpuri and Hindi.

Comfortable making calls and speaking with clients.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Prior experience in a similar role and having Bhojpuri accent is a plus.
