We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team at FedEx, a global leader in logistics solutions.
This role plays a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting and managing data from various sources into our database, verifying and correcting errors, maintaining confidentiality, and reporting any issues or discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
Input and manage data from various sources into our database
Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
Identify and report any issues or discrepancies in data
Respond to inquiries and requests from other departments regarding data
Maintain electronic and hard copy records as needed
Perform regular backups and updates to ensure data integrity
Assist with other clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in basic computer skills and data entry
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and organization skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Previous experience in data entry or a related field is preferred but not required
