As a fast-growing e-commerce business, we are looking for detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our team as Data Entry professionals.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Data Entry specialist to assist with maintaining and updating our product information, customer data, and other key business records. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data across various systems to support the smooth operation of our e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update product details, prices, descriptions, and inventory information into our database or e-commerce platform.
Maintain accurate customer records, process orders, and update relevant customer data.
Assist in managing data for marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales reports.
Conduct regular data audits to ensure information is up to date and error-free.
Ensure all data entry is done within established deadlines and with a high level of accuracy.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure that product listings and content are correct and consistent across all platforms.
Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with data entry.
Provide general administrative support as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, or other data management tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Knowledge of the South Asian community or an interest in Bangladeshi culture is an advantage.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
