Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Entry Clerk located in Navi Mumbai, India.
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into various systems and databases, verifying data for accuracy and completeness, and organizing and maintaining records.
Additional responsibilities include assisting with administrative tasks and collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and maintain data integrity. Handle simple accounts of the company and make sure everything is up to date. Collect and organize pending job queues and maintain the schedule of the meetings.
Qualifications
Proven typing skills with speed and accuracy
Computer literacy, including proficiency in common software applications and data entry tools
Experience in administrative assistance
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Customer service experience and ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Organizational and time-management skills
A graduate degree or diploma holder or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
