Job Description
Responsibilities:
Review client intake paperwork received, for completeness and accuracy based on agency policies and funder standards.
Identify missing or incorrect information and follow up with clients or program staff to ensure all required documentation is received.
Ensure all information, new and updated, is entered into agency’s electronic filing system, agency’s internal database, and funder database accurately and consistently.
Ensure all data entered follows standard grammar and formatting rules.
Maintain confidentiality of all client records and comply with JCCGCI data and privacy standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data with the assistance of referral organizations
Maintain partner organization program master lists to help ensure 100% compliance for group trip data.
Assist with preparation and mailing of applications or welcome letters as well as other mailings.
Assist with programmatic data entry into the Transportation system when needed.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work In-office.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat (fillable forms, editing, merging, and scanning).
Excellent attention to detail, spelling, and grammar in all data entry and written communication.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with program staff.
Ability to communicate effectively.
This position is fully on-site, and can be Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 hourly
