Job title: Data Entry Clerk

Job description: A global provider of marketing solutions is looking to a data entry clerk to their growing team with over 58,000 employees in all major world markets, our companies specialize in advertising, digital marketing, communications planning, media, public relations, and specialty marketing. As the data entry clerk, you will be working with both the buyers and publications in resolving any discrepancies. Job duties of the data entry clerk:
• Responsible for the receiving, auditing and inputting of vendor invoices related to production and in-house payments
• Responsible for all vendor statement reconciliation
• Vendor and agency inquires will be researched and handled by position
• Will communicate frequently with local offices to resolve any discrepancies
Requirements of the data entry clerk:
• High school diploma
• Experience with auditing of vendor accounts a plus

• $16.50 Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00 pm
• Hybrid work schedule
