We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various computer systems. This role requires strong clerical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Input and update data into computer systems with a high level of accuracy.
Organize and maintain files, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
Perform data collection and verification tasks to ensure completeness and accuracy of information.
Assist in administrative tasks as needed, including document preparation and reporting.
Utilize Excel for data analysis, creating spreadsheets, and generating reports.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve data entry efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications is essential.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and management is beneficial.
Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
